IN TOUCH


Once you've decided if I am the photographer for you, simply head over to our contact page and fill out the form. From there, we'll discuss your vision for your photos, the location and the date for your session.

If you already know what session you'd like, great! You can put a date request in here.


 

 

02.

THE PHOTOSHOOT


This will be your pet's favourite part.. lots of treats, love and affection, and of course your undivided attention! We'll meet at the location and we will spend around 1 hour capturing photos where your pet looks their best and making the photos you've dreamed of come to life! After your session, I'll get to work editing your photos!


 

 

 

 

03.

DESIGN APPOINTMENT


Once all of your images are ready to view - approximately 2 weeks later - you'll be invited to our studio in Coningsby for a private photo viewing on our big screen. Don't worry, the photos are of your pet so you're going to LOVE them! I will guide you through the process of choosing your artwork of the images you just cannot live without.


 

 

 

 

04.

PRODUCT DELIVERY


Once you've decided which images you can't live without, I will get to work preparing your wall art which will be be ready to pick up from our studio in Coningsby approximately 4-8 weeks later - ready to hang! Digitals are delivered within 48 hours of your viewing appointment, too, so that you can share them to your hearts content.

The session does not include any digital files or products.


Products start from £75.00.

Travel fees apply after 15 miles from LN4 4RF at a rate of 25p/mile.

Each session will result in 20-30 final images for you to choose from. Almost all of our clients opt for wall art or wall galleries (see below), with most investing between £500 and £1500 in their artwork.

FAQ

Why are no products included in the session fee?

The amount of time and effort dedicated to each photography session goes beyond initial expectations. From meetings to communication, travel to the actual session, image editing, and the subsequent Viewing & Ordering Session, the hours add up quickly. That is why we have a Session Fee. By separating the Session Fee, we ensure that you only pay for the services you receive. Once you have paid for your photography session, there is no obligation to make any additional purchases unless you choose to do so. However, most of our clients find something they love and typically invest between £500 and £1500 with us. We want you to have complete control over the final products, from choosing the right items to determining the size and finishes. These stunning pieces will adorn the walls of your home or office for years to come.

How long do you keep images for?

Your images are only available to purchase for up to 1 month after your design appointment - after which point, any repurchased images will be archived to make space for future sessions. If you have purchased a product from us, your image(s) will be backed up indefinitely.
To secure the prices, discounts and special offers shown within our product guide, purchases must be made on the day of your design appointment.

How much should I expect to spend after my session?

Our clients typically spend between £500 and £1500 on their artwork after their session. If you'd like to view our full product price list so you can plan for your purchases, please pop us an email via our contact form. But don't forget, we also offer 0% APR finance if you'd like to split the cost of your products.

Can I see my proofs online?

Great question! Right now, we do not offer any online image viewings or digital galleries. We pride ourselves on our personalised, bespoke service and that includes the design appointment that takes place at our studio in Coningsby! We'll show you all of our award winning products so you can see and feel the quality of the products we offer. If you don't drive and cannot get to our studio, please contact us directly to discuss your design appointment.

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely! We have a few payment options available for our clients:

> Pay in full during your design appointment.

> PayPal Pay In Three. Split the cost of your products into three equal payments through PayPal. (Example: £750 = £250/month). Available on orders over £350.

> PayItMonthly. We have recently partnered with PayItMonthly to offer our Clients 0% APR interest for up to 12 months. No hidden fees and no interest! (Example: £750 over 12 months = £62.50/month). Available on orders over £450.

With all of our payment options, your products are ordered as soon as payment has been received or the finance/pay in three is set up. These are then subject to our normal processing times of 4-8 weeks.

How long does it take for my products to arrive?

Once you have made your selections, we'll go away and complete the final touches to your images (such as lead removals) and then order your products. Digital images will be ready within 2 weeks of the design appointment. Print and wall art orders may take 4-8 weeks. Once your products are ready, we'll let you know so that you can arrange to collect them!
We are more than happy to post out any USBs; there is no charge for this.
